2. Eat normal Lunch and Dinner
3. Sip water whenever you require
4. Have an evening snack if you feel hungry
5. Take the dinner before 8 pm
6. Go early to bed
This diet is very appropriate with a lot of reason, such as easily to find, easily to eat and very cheap. So, banana is a good choice for the salary men, who always have less time to eat breakfast, because it takes only a few second to peel banana which faster than peel other fruit.
According to Hamachi, there are relations between diet and digestive system, so eating bananas will help your stomach to get rest and remedy.
